What are the products made of cork?
①Natural cork products. After being steamed, softened and dried, directly cut, stamped, and turned into finished products such as plugs, pads, handicrafts, etc.

②Bake cork products. The leftover material of natural cork products is crushed and then compacted into shape, and baked in an oven at 260-316°C for 1 to 1.5 hours. After cooling, it becomes a cork brick for low-temperature insulation. It can also be manufactured by superheated steam heating method.

③Cemented cork products. The cork particles are mixed with powder and adhesives (such as resin and rubber) and pressed into cemented cork products, such as floor veneers, sound insulation boards, and heat insulation boards, which are widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, machinery, and construction.

④Cork rubber products. It is made with cork powder as raw material and the amount of rubber is about 70%. It has the compressibility of cork and the elasticity of rubber. Mainly used as excellent low and medium pressure static sealing materials such as engines, and also used as anti-vibration, sound insulation, friction materials, etc.
