How long does it take to receive sample?
If the new mold is needed, the first sample of customizable product need 15-20 days. The sample of simple product like punching, silk screen, laser and laminating products only needs 3 days.
Do you charge for developing and proofing?
For die pressing molding samples, it will be free for product designing, drawing, mold designing, proofing as well as materials. But mold production will be charged according to die shops. For punching, silk screen, laser and laminating products, it will be free for proofing and materials but we will charge for basic fee of molding.
Is customization acceptable for us?
Yes. OEM is available for our factory and we also welcome new ideas about our products. We can produce various kind of products according to customer’s requirments if the quantity is large enough.
